Venue
Our venue can accommodate a maximum of 170 guests. If you require a dance-floor area a maximum of 130 guests can be comfortably seated.
Venue Hire
R4 000-00 hiring fee is charged for guests less than 100 and R2 500 if 100 or more. This includes waiters (until 22:00), barman (until 22:00), cutlery, linen & overlays (various colours).
R500 waiter/barman charge from 22:00 – 00:00. Additional waiters can be booked at R100 p/waiter.
Timing
Morning & lunch functions closing time to be confirmed.
A late afternoon/evening function is available until 00:00 after which an hourly rate of R500-00 will be charged. Last rounds will be 01:30 & venue closes strictly 02:00.
Set-Up
Tables are set with linen, cutlery, side-plates, wine & flute champagne glasses.
Hire-in overlays can be laid if prior arrangements & delivery has been made.
Decorations
Additional décor, flowers, chair overlays, entertainments etc is for customers own account & own arrangements. Any special arrangements need to be cleared with management.
Deposit / Payment
50% Deposit (menu price X expected numbers) is required to secure booking.
On confirmation of final numbers (72 hrs prior) final payment is expected.
Account bar limit will need to be paid in advance, portion not used will be refunded.
Bar
Bar requirements need to be arranged with management i.e. Cash or Account.
Wine or Sparkling wine to be placed on tables etc.
Note: No own beverages or food is allowed on premises.
