    1. Full payment or signed debit order form is required in order for your application to be successfully processed.
    2. Should you sign up on a debit order, please note that ALL club related fees are payable upon registration.
    3. Resignations to be done in writing. No Refunds are permissible.
    4. Copies of the Club Constitution are available on request from the Club Office.
    5. Irene Country Club, its employees, agents and members shall not be held liable or responsible for any injury, death, loss or damage to any person or property arising from any cause whatsoever including without limitations hereto, the negligence or intentional acts of any person on the premises. Any person entering these premises do so solely at their own risk.
